I have listed a couple hundred products with no problems.

Today I realized that every single product image I uploaded as of yesterday are showing up huge. If I click on the huge image, the new window opens showing the true actual size that I uploaded.

Went back and deleted every single image from yesterday forward starting at the last product that is working correctly.

No matter how small or what size I edit a product image before uploading, this is what I get.

    Help ??

  • Hi there,

This kind of problem is usually caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.

You can perform the following actions:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

    Thank Igor.

It seems like everything I try and do on WP requires to go through these steps before things start actually working correctly.

Not only do I have to go through these steps for this issue, but am being told that I have to go through the same steps for adding new attribute problem.

This is getting kind of nuts just to use WP.

I switched to a default theme “Twenty Nineteen” to see if the problem is still there, but how am I supposed to know when I cannot navigate the site while in the Twenty Nineteen theme?

It is all garbled, cannot find the categories or product listings to see what they look like.

It looks like this in the Twenty Nineteen theme https://snuffbottlestoppers.com/

Ok, so I can go to WP>products>view and checked to see if the problem is still there, and it is.

Before I start to deactivate plugins, would like to make sure when it says to deactivate all except Woocommerce, does that also include deactivating the Bluehost plugin that integrates my site with Bluehost?

    @taogem

I believe the plugin should be for optimizing your BlueHost WordPress instance. Kindly consult with Bluehost support if it’s safe to deactivate it temporarily

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – we’ll be here if and/or when you are ready to continue. Thanks.
