Here are some questions?
Why the plugin is using TLSv1 as the minimum origin SSL protocol?
Why compress objects automatically is disabled?
Why legacy cache settings is applied although amazon CloudFront recommends Cache policy and origin request policy?
How can I edit these settings?
The plugin does not support changing these settings, you can customize your cloudfront setting by visiting AWS and editing the Origin.

and What about the speed?
The plugin do not let me to cache only images? There is no way to edit default(*) set by the plugin in the path pattern. How can it be edited?
The plugin has the option to exclude links based on wildcard patterns
What if we want to exclude Javascript or CSS. What would the wildcard pattern be?
I have added these lines but it is not updated. When I reload the page there is not exclusion left.
Can you try to test the plugin on a different website hosted on a different server?
I tested on multiple websites and the exclusion list works well.

Yes, definitely. Somehow JS exclusion is saved but I am trying to save CS but it is not working yet
The button has become unclickable. I mean even I click on it, it does not update after adding js to exclusion
