Hi @techguysa!
If it’s showing no information, try going to WooCommerce > Status > Tools > Clear analytics cache > Click Clear. Then check again.
If it is not working, check under WooCommerce > Status > Scheduled Actions to see if any stuck processes are preventing the updated information from being imported.
If all that doesn’t work, it could be a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.
To be sure, please perform a conflict test by temporarily switching your theme back to Storefront, disabling all plugins except WooCommerce and repeating the action that is causing the problem. If that solves it, then re-enable all plugins one-by-one, until you find the one creating the conflict.
If you can’t perform a conflict test on your live site, we recommend creating a staging site using the WP Staging plugin.
You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/.
Let us know how that goes for you!
Thanks for the reply
Tried the cache earlier
i see it picked up the first order but nothing after that (like a heavy delay)
Schedual Action shows this
All (3250788) | Complete (235762) | Failed (3006488) | Pending (8538)
the pending(s) seem to be webhooks
if i hit F5 to refresh the numbers drop Pending sits at 8519
is it just a ton that its busy with?
**ADDED EDIT**
For example
woocommerce_deliver_webhook_async
Run | Cancel
Pending
'webhook_id' => 5
'arg' => 47882
woocommerce-webhooks Non-repeating 2022-01-04 01:08:28 +0000

ja nothing stuck as you put it just incredibly far behind
the cache may of helped get it started could be my imagination
its currently busy with the 4th of December of 1am webhooks (delieveries)
could be from customers putting stuff in cart at that hour and the rest api works with the shipping company to get realtime pricing feeds.
so the actions may be delayed
webtoffee import and export also running cronjobs for stock feeds and on cpanel i got 3 cronjobs wget and 2 others converting xml to csv files under cronjobs
so its probably just busy.
but the ram usage on the site isnt taking much
ill see if i can increase the memory limits if that can help

OK! Let us know how it goes. You can also reach out to your web host’s support to check if there are any cron issues with your server.
We’ve not heard back from you in a while, so I’m marking this thread as resolved. Hopefully, you were able to find a solution to your problem! If you have further questions, please feel free to open a new topic.
