    Hello πŸ™‚

    It’s my second post – first was automatically deleted πŸ™

    I have a problem with woocommerce setup wizard – its stacks on first page (insert zip-code and e-mail address) after clicking “Continue” button it’s stacks.

    I have disabled all plugins and everything is up to date.
    Its fresh installation of WordPress.

    Just to confirm, when you say it ‘stacks’, do you mean it is stalling or getting stuck?

    If so, I would suggest that you try temporarily disabling your Security Plugin (iThemes) in case that is causing the problem. If that does not help, Reinstalling WooCommerce would be a good option.

    Its for sure getting stuck πŸ™‚ I’m guessing that first page of configuration shouldn’t take 30 minutes πŸ™‚

    unfortunately have the same problem – getting stuck (after 35 minutes I have closed the site). I had deleted the Security Plugin (iThemes) and deleted and installed again woocommerce.

    Hi @makrit,

    The recommended PHP version to run WooCommerce is 7.4 or greater. Read more on server requirements – https://woocommerce.com/document/server-requirements/.

    In order for us to take a closer look, could you share a screenshot of your browser console when you click the β€œContinue” button? Console is to be found next to the Elements tab in the browser developer tools.

    I had upgraded PHP do 8.1 version, deleted and installed woocommerce again and have the same error.

    Hi @makrit,

    Thanks for sending over screenshots of the browser console.

    The error “Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404” indicates that the server cannot find the requested resource. If you’re using REST API, this can also mean that the server is unable to find the endpoint or the resource itself does not exist.

    This error is usually associated with caching, so you may want to clear the cache in your site and on the server-side as well. Sometimes it can also help to flush the permalinks by going to Settings > Permalinks and then re-saving.

    Let us know how that goes.

    * clear browser cache
