Hi @rothaner,
Thanks for reaching out!
There is an error thrown by WordPress optimize plugin at this page.
If you deactivate it, the form will work fine.
But we know that this might not be possible at this case so please just give us one day to investigate this and release a new update to fix this issue for you!
Thanks!amazing! I will test and disable the plugin.
It worked! The update will be great, WpOptimize really was the reason for the error.
Hey @rothaner,
Thanks for your reply!
We investigated the issue in depth at WpOptimize and the solution to get our form working with it without any issue is to navigate to WordPress admin dashboard -> WP-Optimize -> Minify then click “Javascript” tab then scroll down to: Exclude JavaScript from processing and copy-paste the following:wp-includes/js/dist/ wp-includes/js/tinymce/ js/jquery/jquery.js js/jquery/jquery.min.js wp-content/plugins/quillformsSave changes.
Please test this and let us know if this works!
We also will release a fix for that so you don’t have later to exclude our scripts from processing, we will do that programmatically.
Thanks!-

quillforms.
I have the same problem but am using SiteGround optimiser
Does the same problem apply and can you help with a fix
It does work intermittently and is good with Brave browser – but that is all.

Hey @rogermac,
Yes, you should exclude Quill Forms pages from being cached.
But we are working now on a solution for making Quill Forms compatible with any caching plugin. Hopefully, within 2 weeks, we will release an update to fix this issue.
Thanks a lot!I have deactivated Siteground optimiser and it is working fine now
Looking forward to your update
ThanksThanks for getting back
With the full settings activated on SG Optimiser, Quill only worked on Safari – and for some reason only on my iMac (not M1) but not on my M1 Macbook pro.
With the 3 Javascript settings deactivated in the Frontend section of the optimisation, it is working normally in Brave, Safari, Opera and Firefox (all I have tried) on both computers
I haven’t had time to see which part(s) of the Javascript settings are the problem
So, good news so far, thanks.
Roger
