    Hi,

I have added the WooCommerce Google Analytics Integration plugin to my site and configured everything according to the documentation (incl. GA setup). It looks like no events are firing and I receive an Error in GA that no Ecommerce Data is flowing.

I tried troubleshooting with the Tag Assistant, which tells me no tags anywhere and no events fired.

    Please assist.

    Thanks & regards
    Hans

    Hi @luxmediq

    That’s really odd!

Are you using the old Google Analytics (UA) or the new Google Analytics (GA4)?

Additionally, I’d love to see your plugin setting screenshot.

    Here’s my sample screenshot:

    Look forward to your reply.

The same thing is happening on my site after upgrading to Woocommerce 6.0 and using 1.5.6 from this plugin. I’ve tried both with GA and GA4 as well.

@jbpapp in that case, I recommend doing a conflict test. The best way to do this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

This is best done on a staging site. That’s a copy of your live site, so you can test things out without making changes to your actual site. Some hosting companies offer a staging site service within their hosting plans. If yours does not, there is a great free plugin that will allow you to build a complete staging site with a few button clicks: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-staging.

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

    Hi @drrafi,

It would be better if you had created your forum post than combine in the same issue as it makes troubleshooting the issue easier. That said, have you tested your site for conflicts? There is a very high chance that a plugin/theme is conflicting with the Google Analytics plugin from working correctly. Please do give conflict testing a shot and create a new forum post if you continue to run into issues.

    Hi @drrafi,

Hopefully, you were able to get this conflict sorted out. Since it’s been a while since we last heard back from you, I’m going to mark this thread resolved.

If you have any questions or trouble, please open up a new thread and we’ll be happy to help out.

    Cheers
