Hello @kontorsadelmagerjanguldborgdk
thank you for reaching out to us, we are here to help.
In order to help you out better, we would need to get your system report and settle logs. You can copy the logfiles from here:
– WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support
– WooCommerce > Status > Logs > select “zettle-pos-integration-\[…\]” in the dropdown and click on view.
If you don’t feel comfortable sharing those details on a public forum, please open a ticket with our service desk. You can find the instruction for this here: https://zettle.inpsyde.com/docs/request-support/
(please add the URL of this thread in the ticket as well)
I did do a check for the functioning of your webhook and found out the webhooks failed on the 9th of December, so that could indicate an issue with the webhook. You can try to deactivate and activate the plugin to see if it might recover. If not, I would expect an issue with the hosting server firewall or possibly a conflict with another plugin, but this can only be determined by the requested logs and further testing.
Pending your response.
Kind regards,
Joost
Hi there
I have created a support ticket on the link you sent by email and posted the status report and log there. BUT in addition I have a question: does this plugin not support stock update on productvariations? because if that is the case, that´s probably why it fails. Most of our products have variations and that´s where the stock syns is really needed the most.
Thank you @kontorsadelmagerjanguldborgdk
I have just responded to your ticket.
Kind regards,
Joost
Hello @kontorsadelmagerjanguldborgdk
Just to add to the last question: our plugin does support stock sync on variable products. It could have been that you were affected by a bug we recently fixed.
Since we haven’t heard back from you, I’m going to mark it as resolved.
In case you’re still having problems, feel free to let us know!
Kind regards,
Joost
