Try clearing cache from the server?
Hi @o0llied.
Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
From the screen recording shared, it seems like the plugin is unable to write the values to the options table so that the settings are updated. It could be caused due to memory limit exhaustion. Kindly try increasing the memory limit and execution time limit by modifying the site configuration. You can seek help from your hosting support to do the same.
Thank you for replying Webtoffee,
I looked into your recommendation but the allocated ram for the website is already at 256mb. I assume this is enough for the cookie plugin.
Or did you mean I have to increase the plugin-specific allocated ram?
If not, I hope you can assist me further with advice to solve this problem.
Thank you!
Some extra information that might help with the case:
The cookie scanner does not work, the following error shows:
“Scanner API is temporarily down please try again later.”
Also, I am able to save cookie category names and descriptions.
Hope this helps 🙂
