Custom Login not the wordpress login

Is there a way to set the Comments login link to a custom URL? For security, we use a different login form for the front end and the back end of our site.

We have already tried adding the correct URL to the User Authorization and Profile Data are under Login URL but it still redirects users to our custom backend login page.

What we want is for all user logins to go here: https://www.equinox-apothecary.shop/my-account/
