Inquiry on plugin workflow

Hello, i’m interested into plugin, still haven’t found any changes in page loading .js scripts after installation and setup.
All scripts on the website are loading regularly, no delayed nor postponed loading. Facebook events and Goole analytics scripts were added by scripts file name and gtag keywords with delay set at 5 seconds to load if no user interaction. Those scripts are loading immediately within page resources no delay as per browser taskbar line url display. Website i’m working with is using some js UI libraries for mouse-wheel and scroll performance features so that maybe is activating event in your plugins workflow.
Any suggestions in this regard?
