Blogroll Update Links Problem

Currently the code I have in my index file is:

<?php get_links("-1","<li>","</li>","","true","_update","false","false","12","1","true"); ?>

I’ve tried nearly everything to get all my sites in my blogroll to properly update as they did back in 1.3a2, but currently only Matt’s & Michael Heilemann’s site update. Out of 35 blogs, only those two.

If anyone has any suggestions, please sound off! thank you in advance.
