    When you report a topic, you do that in order to notify the volunteer moderators about offenses against the forum guidelines. It’s NOT a tool to get quicker support. (Although several of the moderators know a lot about WordPress, they rarely have any knowledge about specific plugins and/or themes.)
    At the same time, all participation in these forums is voluntary. This means that not even plugin/theme developers are obliged to respond here, although many do, depending on how much time and resources they have a available for this.
