External images to link to gallery field

So guys i have been up to my neck trying to figure this one out. Im really hoping you guys can help solve it.

I have uploaded my theme to my wordpress site.
The site is a business directory so i have all my listings stored on a csv file which i was importing using wp all import.

Heres the thing,
The wp all import allows me to import the images from and external source, that downloads them and puts them into my media gallery.

As part of the listing fields one is logo and one is gallery, they wont upload the photo from an external source.

So the big question i am trying to figure out is how do i set the logo and gallery field to get the photo that wp all import just imported into my media gallery from an external source?

Another thing, lets say that gets resolved, when i go to my backend and go to listings the thumbnail of the picture uploaded also is not there. How do i get that linked up?

I feel like this shouldn’t be so complicated… i have deleted and restarted my site 3 times now trying to get this sorted…
