Glider Padding

Hi!
I am using glider to maker a slider with columns in a full width section.
I need to add padding to the first slide so it is not glued to left side of the screen, but when I drag the slider and reaches the right end, the last slide is partially hidden (because of the initial padding). How can I solve this?
