    Hi there,

I have this message on my WP Dashboard:

“You have multiple WordPress image optimisation plugins installed. This may cause unpredictable behaviour while optimising your images, inaccurate reporting, or images to not display. For best results use only one image optimiser plugin at a time. These plugins may cause issues with Smush.

    -Jetpack”

Can you please tell me how do I turn this off in the settings and/or resolve this?

    Hi @droyed,

Trying to enable the same features via different plugins can cause conflicts and hence you notice such a message.

Jetpack also has a “Lazyload” Feature, so hence Smush ensures that the users are aware of this. So you’ll have to ensure that the “Lazyload” feature is enabled either in Smush or in the Jetpack plugin and not both the plugins. This step should be enough to avoid any conflicts down the road.

The message is meant to highlight any potential conflict that can occur, and if you can confirm the “Lazyload “setting is only enabled in any one plugin then it should be good.

Please do let us know if you have any further queries. Have a nice day ahead.

    Best Regards,
    Nithin

We haven’t heard from you for some time now, so it looks like you don’t have more questions for us.

Feel free to re-open this ticket if needed.

    Kind regards
