WordPress site getting fetal error

My website getting fetal error

“Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 48238592 bytes) in /srv/users/serverpilot/apps/dilsedeshilatest/public/wp-content/object-cache.php on line 2252”

Currently I have deactivated all plugins so website is working but not able to activate any plugin.

Please suggest the solution as soon as possible.
