Hi there @radulepy,
Thanks for reaching out!
I’d like to ask for a few more details to understand the issue you are experiencing:
– How are your subscribers being added to your list (e.g. via a subscription form, imported)?
– Is their status “Unsubscribed” or “Unconfirmed”?
@guicmazeredo
Hi, the clients are automatically subscribed by using Mail poet. (Settings -> Automatically add clients to -> mylist)
the subscribers are Unsubscribed, I’ve disabled to have a confirmation to confirm them, thus, all the followers are subscribed (or should be).
Thanks!

Although that path doesn’t correspond to the options found in MailPoet settings, I believe you are referring to the WooCommerce Customers and WordPress Users lists that are automatically created.
Note that if you have disabled the Sign-Up Confirmation feature, the users will still be added to the WooComerce Customers list, but as “Unsubscribed”.
I understand you’d like WooCommerce Customers to be added as subscribed, correct? If so, you need to enable this feature in MailPoet > Settings > Advanced > Opt-in on checkout.
@guicmazeredo
Ok but if I enable the Opt-in on checkout feature, only the clients who click on on the additional checkout will be subscribed, am I right?
How can I subscribe the clients which are already in the list?
Thank you in advance!
Hi @radulepy,

Yes, that’s correct. New subscribers from now on will be able to choose if they want to be added to your mailing list or not once this feature is enabled.

If you’re looking to update the status for the old/previous customers, please refer to this article: Import Old Customers to the WooCommerce Customers List
Please note we recommend doing it only if you can ensure these customers want to receive marketing emails from you, otherwise, you may have deliverability issues when sending emails to them without their permission.
Hi @radulepy 👋🏽
We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – we’ll be here if and/or when you are ready to continue.
