An error occurred when checking out using PayPal

    I am having an issue when I am checking out. I get a pop up message prompting that an error occurred…nothing else. I am using paypal. Any tips as to how to troubleshoot this would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi @dcistudiosltd ,
    Thanks for your waiting time and sorry for the late update
    As your information, Please try to check all your setting, test Paypal information that “Paypal Client ID” and “Paypal Secret Key” are filled properly or not?
    – If it still occurs the error, you should deactivate all plugin to checking if any plugin is conflict with plugin Giftcard or not.
