Plug-in for thumbnail video view

Hi,

I am looking for a WordPress Plugin which shows a flash video when the mouse is over a thumbnail.

As a good example to see what I am looking for, here is a link:

Exactly this shows what I like to have in my WP blog.

Any solution for this?
