Coupon – Usage restriction – Products

    Hi there,

    I’m trying to create a coupon for a specific product, but once in the Usage restriction tab, nothing happens when I search for a product.

    Any idea why and how I can find my products?

    Hi @blantoine!

    Have you tried to search your products by entering some of their letters in the search bar? Check the example below; I’m looking for ‘beanies’.

    Also, this documentation about using coupons could be helpful:

    Well, well well,

    I tried at least on three different days, and it never worked, but now it does. I think it’s just the search that was taking forever or wasn’t able to finish searching because my site is a bit slow these days…
