Hi,
This is a calculator plugin and in mathematics, you can come across the calculation of the negative numbers as well in general. You can simply use regular numbers if you want
According to the 035111, we have detected restrictions and already reported them to the devs teams. The needed fix will be included in the coming updates of the plugin

Thanks for the answer, yeah it’ll be cool solution to use only positive numbers. But can you say to all visitors of my site?
The field called “quantity”. Not even “number”. How negative quantity makes sense? What will users think when they see negative quantity?
Also the final price is negative too? What does this mean? That I’m gonna pay user?
What should user think?
And I can’t even disable negative numbers, only option I have is to edit your files.
This is what I call cursed.
It’s not a simple mathematic calculator, it’s literally ‘Cost Calculator’.
Can you please merely add an option to quantity field like “disable negatives”. That will make sense. Thanks.
Hey @altkov!
Please try to mark the needed field as “required” and re-check, this should resolve your issue.
Please try and let us know how it goes for you

Hi @hopestylemixthemes,
We’ve run into the same problem. Your solution, marking the Quantity field as required, doesn’t affect anything. Do you have another solution to disable the possibility to enter negative values? It’s not doable to use the calculator due to this problem because it’s really confusing and unprofessional to give them the option to enter negative values.
Thanks in advance.

We have informed our developers according to the unexpected restriction with the Quantity field element. Needed fix will be included in the future updates
