Hi @nnyrron It doesn’t seem like the simpler banner Javascript file is loading on your site. You may have another plugin that is optimizing your javascript. If you exclude simple banner from that then the banner should show.
We were using the plugin Autoptimize but it’s currently inactive. Would having the plugin folder still cause this issue? Other than that, I don’t have any other plugin that would cause this.

I’m not sure if existing Autoptimize would cause the issue, but there are two scripts for simple banner and neither of them are on your page. If there are no other plugins that would affect the javascript loading i would check your theme settings as well.
I am having the same issue with my website http://www.munayqi.de 🙁 somehow the banner shows when I load the page as a wp-editor, but then when I load it over other computers or cellphones as a guest, nothing happens… is the free version limited?
EDIT: I have cleared the cache and deactivated some plug-ins I don’t need. It seems to work now 🙂

@epiechul The free version is not limited in any way. Pro version has a few extra features which you can see in the settings page.

we are having the same issue. The banner worked perfectly before, but now it doesn’t.
We have tried to unplug the plugin, deactivate it, but it didn’t help.
