Dear @forusak,
Thanks a lot for reaching out.
Could you please let me know which form you use?
Do you use Subscription or Subscription plus form, Contact form popup or any custom one?
Thanks a lot,

Dear @forusak,
Thanks a lot for your reply.
Subscription form you mentioned has 3 fields:
1. Email field which is not customizable
2. First Name and Last Name field placeholders, which are customizable. You can show/hide them, rename and make them required.
May I know if you have tried to customize these fields and how did they work?
Another option can be HTML popup.
Here you can use your own HTML code to insert a form you would like to have.
Kindly ask you to check tutorial below for more details.

@sygnoossupport I see, the thing is, I need subscribers to be saved into database, and I can change placeholder, but it still saves into first name or last name column. How to get new column in there?
Dear @forusak,
Thanks a lot for your reply.
In “Subscription Popup” there is no place to add new column, but only customize the existing First Name and Last Name fields.
In case you need to add field you need to use Subscription Plus popup, since it is not allowed to discuss the pro features in this forum, please contact us via support@popup-builder.com email address so we can assist accordingly.
Looking ahead to hearing from you soon.
Best,
