Built-in Captcha failure

    Hello

    Since Sunday 22th of November, subscription to newsletter fails (404 error) whatever subscription form type .
    This occurs when Captcha is set to mailpoet built-in Captcha in the setting
    Subcription to the newsletter works fine when using my own Re-Captcha Service

    Is it a known issue ?
    If so when is it planned to be solved ?

    Oh, this is really odd. I have just tested this on my test site using version 3.74.1 and the built-in captcha and it worked.

    Since it is working for me this could be due to a plugin or theme conflict. Can you please give the instructions here a try and see if that solves the issue? Conflict testing should help you see which plugin (or theme) is causing the issue with the sign-up forms.
