Using Drop Down on Galleries

    Hi, I recently purchased this plug in and it has all the options I need. I’m just having trouble using them together.

    What I am after is the title and description on hover over an image, as happens in the gallery option. But I also need to sort using a search bar and drop down of categories that shows up in the Catalog option.

    Can I use the Catalog sorting/filtering in an image Gallery? Or change the Catalog settings so that the title and description can appear on top of the image instead of outside it when you hover?

    ANy help would be appreciated, thank you!

    Searching/sorting feature is not supported for galleries. You should use the catalog option for this feature. But if you pick that option to implement your gallery, hover effect would be problem, as it’s not supported for catalogs. I see we’ve had an email communication regarding this matter, it’s require custom development to get your desired results.
