Overlaying elements – columns

    I figured out how to overlay a two column row , the right column overlays the left image – by making the margin in design -150 for example
    I want to make the size of the overlay also so it can be what I want

    however when i do this on another row with 2 columns and I want the left column to overlay the right it does not work, the right column always overlays the left
    This website did it but I don’t know how

    The Visual Composer Website Builder and WPBakery Page Builder are both independent products. The WPBakery Page Builder renders layouts using shortcodes while the Visual Composer Website Builder renders the react-based output.     Hi,

    In Visual Composer, this can be done by giving a left column a higher z-index than the right. This will overlap the left column over the right.
