Settings not being saved

    Hi @rankmath,

    I spent my entire morning trying to get RankMath to save settings (e.g., title, description, image for socials) but this hasn’t worked. I have tried to enter all the information on relevant fields and update the pages, but it does not seem to work.

    Can you please indicate how to get this sorted?

    Thank you for contacting the support and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    It seems to be working fine on our end.

    Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins, themes, and WordPress (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

    To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:

    Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

    Thank you for your response.

    I have checked what you suggested above and the settings are still not getting saved.

    Here’s a screenshot of the Site Health, as you can see there are no conflicts/issues there.

    In the info section, it shows the following (which is the up-to-date version):

    Rank Math SEO
    Version 1.0.77.1 by Rank Math

    I have had this issue for almost a week now. And so, could you please advice as soon as you can.

    Hi @rankmathteam

    Unfortunately, the Title and Description are still not being saved. It is automatically pulling information from the first title and paragraph that’s on the page.
