バックグラウンド更新が想定通りに動作していません

    致命的な問題　で上記のコメントがでて解決できません。
    ➡×すべての自動アップデートが無効です。　

    おそらく付随して、プラグイン・テーマの更新などが全くできない状況です。
    テーマ：削除のボタンがでないため削除できません。
    プラグイン：すべて停止していますが、プラグインのところにカーソルを当てても　表示されるはずのドロップダウン　『新規追加』や『削除』　が表示されず、なにもできません。
    先日にWP5.8.2に更新しましたが、それ以前5.8.1に時からずっと同じ症状です。
    サーバーはMixhostで PHP7.4　です
