Plugin: Cforms –Redirect no working

For some reason I am not able to use the redirect function on cforms II 1.4 Never had a problem before I just can’t get it to work. Even changed themes just in case. I’m just not sure what settings to change or even check. I’ve look at all and even tried comparing to other install.s Is there something in the WordPress install that I might check?

Any help is appreciated.
