The customers from UK should be able to enter their postcode value for the address without any issue. If you want to customize the label “ZIP” to something else, then the following info should be helpful:

My apologies for late response have been away.
No this is about an error when enetering a UK postcod into the payment form.
If I add SO17 1BJ, all that gets enter is 171 and I get amessage that the zip code is incomplete. So it seems to ingnore the letters and only sees the three numerals 171, which of course is two letters short of a US zip code.
ie it does not see that this is a UK postcode with letters as well as numerals.
Installed again on another site and is now working OK. May have been a conflict with another plugin?
