Popup setting- Dismiss on twice content click

Hi,

I’m trying to make the popup window close after a twice click on it, (after one of the dropdown options is selected).I know the value won’t be sent in this way, but right now only the effect is needed. I looked into php files on backend, but not sure which file and function that defines Dismiss on content click. Please help!
