    Hi, I have just encountered this error on my site – PayPal error (3): An error (3) occurred while processing your PayPal payment. Please contact the store owner for assistance.

    I had a complaint from a customer a few days ago about this but I tested and could not see an issue. I have now just tried a test transaction and was surprised to see this error pop up!

    Looking online it seems like it’s usually related to incorrect API details but I know that this isn’t the issue as i have not changed anything and have been using this plugin for years!

    Could you kindly let me know what the issue is? Please, this is very important, we are already running some Black Friday sales so this is losing us money!

    Sorry, seems to be an issue with my host. Seems like they are having some server issues which I’m guessing is impacting my site’s ability to connect to PayPal.
