User Profile update for sub admin on front end

Hi,

I am working on one website for my company. Here in portal I am using ACF frontend (Free version0, Elementor (Free) and Ultimate Member (Free).

I have created role “Web Admin” which will give L1 support to user for normal task like change / reset password (if user calls to do it), create new Categories, create new tags etc. Now for this sub admin role we dont want to give access to back end admin interface, but want to create one front end admin page with page menus which will allow sub admin to do task for user as stated above.

I have checked in User edit widget for elementor “User edit form”, now for this form i can see there is specific user option. I tired to do it but i hope i am missing some thing here to work around it. I am not able to get specific user details on front end then edit profile. I want help to know how can sub admin user select specific user and update profile.
