Hi,
It looks like you’ve inserted a slider to the header area (HTML1 item). You can try to add it to the header bottom and only do not add more items next to this.
I also do not see the issue in your two screenshots. If it does not help, please disable the maintenance mode and let me know. I will help you to check this issue.

i have put in the lower area of header the only html Tag, but don’t solve.

I also put the site in Debug mode, now what should I do?

I have installed your customify Theme on a new weordpress site, the version of wordpress is 4.8.17 and i have updated the version to 5.8.2.
In both versions the resize of the html tags in the HEADER area does not work, but work in the footer area.
The problem then is in your template. Could you check and resolve the bug? I am been on hold for a long time!!!
