  • Hi there @lanthalas,

    Thanks for reaching out!

    Do you mean a scheduled Post Notification email?

    Can you please let me know what happened exactly? I need to understand if MailPoet “thinks” if it was sent or not 🙂

    You can also create a usual Post Notification email with just certain posts and send it immediately.

    Looking forward to hearing back from you!

    Hi Elvira,
    Thanks for your answer.

    In fact because of a not accurate parameter, most of my subscribers where stated as “inactivated”. So when mailpoet sent the last annoucement, most of my subscriber didn’t receive a mail. Regarding Mailpoet, everythings was ok.

    I changed the parameter a,d all my subscribers were ok again. But the question is : how to send the mail to those which were inactivated..??

    Hope it’s more clear. appologie for my bad english 🙂

    Hi there @lanthalas,

    Thanks for getting back to us!

    We did have a bug in the older versions where subscribers could be marked as inactive incorrectly.

    So in your case, this is what you can do:

    – enable Inactive Subscribers feature again;
    – filter all Inactive subscribers from your list;
    – select them and add them to a temporary list -> check that this list now only has Inactive subscribers from your previous list;
    – disable Inactive Subscribers feature -> check if your temporary list has Subscribed users now;
    – create a one-time Post Notification email with the missed post by manually adding this post to your email;
    – send it to your temporary list.

    Let me know how it goes!

    Hi,
    Thanks for your message.
    It’s roughly what i did. Once all subscribers were activated, we create a new article same as the one not correctly sent, and it was sent to all list.
    By i would have appréciate not to have to create a new article, as the article already existe.
    It would be fgreat to have a functionnalité to send any article already existing to a liste manually, and not only when a event occurs.

    Thanks

    Hi there @lanthalas,

    Oh, I see!

    In this case, you could create a one-time newsletter with the missed post so a new post won’t have to be published.

    Sorry that my instructions were not clear!

    Please let me know if you have further questions!
