get the referer site’s information

    is there a plugin or how to get this? now, i want to show every referer site’s title in hypertext link on my sidebar when the vistor access my site from the referer’s site, the site’s title is the vistor who comes from. when the vistor click my blog url on the referer site. my blog sidebar will show the referer site’s title.any tips would be appreciated.

    Do a plugin search for this but…

    The problem with this is that referrer linking was quite popular a while back, and then spammers started to notice, so if you have anything like a popular block your referring site list will contain hundreds of spam links amongst the legitimate ones, and many of the referrer list things struggle to tell the two apart, so you basically link off to spammers.
