    Hello,
    I manage a site with several users, all having an admin account. For some reason, while I have no problem connecting with my account, all the others have to verify their account every single time they log in. They receive a mail “The request was flagged as suspicious, and we need verification that you attempted to log in to allow it to proceed. This verification link will be valid for 15 minutes from the time it was sent. If you did not attempt this login, please change your password immediately.

    You may bypass this verification step permanently by enabling two-factor authentication on your account.”

    For various reasons we don’t want to enable 2FA, is there a way to stop wordfence from flagging their log in attempt as suspicious ?

    This is the verification email for our login and registration page CAPTCHA feature.

    Are the blocked users logging in via the default login page for WordPress below or a custom login URL:

    example.com/wp-login.php

    If they are using the default login page for WordPress, then you run the CAPTCHA score test mode for a while and then adjust your CAPTCHA score setting to minimize false-positive blocking. Our guide for this is below:
