    Hi,
Apologies for the delay! You screenshots are not loading. Can you try sending again? is this happening in all your woocommerce emails, or just a specific one?

    Kindly,
    Hannah

    Hi,

Weird, when I click on the links, they work just fine.
    Here is another upload:

Whether this applies to all WooC email templates, I am not sure. I have only received “received order” emails from Woo. And I have not seen any other type of emails come in yet. But it does apply to all received orders, since I updated the Woo.

    Rene

    Hi Rene,
Are you using any other WooCommerce extension plugins? I suggest deactivating your plugins to test if any are conflicting. Let me know if there’s no change.

    Hi Hannah,
I was about to start deactivating some WooC plugins. But I noticed that I also had a duplicate image in the elementor-menu-cart:
    https://paste.pics/6b079366bb010c510df2dca4aca6f8c7
Inspecting this, I noticed the lazyload class in the first img:
    https://paste.pics/6866a277abd72e46f4c48fa133ffcdce
This is loaded by Siteground Optimizer plugin. Once I turned off the lazyload feature, the duplicate image was gone.
I tried to exclude some classes and keep lazyload on:
    https://paste.pics/b37a79c66c0ab0fe05ec5ccb1143d6ad
This worked for the menu-cart, but not for the emailed order. If I turn the feature completely off, the duplicate img is finally gone.

Is this a WooC problem, or an email layout problem, that lazyload is causing friction?

    BR,
    Rene

    Hey Rene,
I would suggest reaching out to Siteground Optimizer and seeing if they have an insight.

    Kindly,
    Hannah

I am also using SG Optimizer like Renewasabi but the duplicate images are only in emails sent by Kadence designer

So I do not think it is related to lazyload (because I wasn’t using that feature until yesterday, and had that problem since beforehand).

    Hi @kvnhnf,
Are you using any other WooCommerce extension plugins? Have you tried deactivating your plugins to test?

    Kindly,
    Hannah
