Ivory search page

    Hi!

    Even if the ‘Configure how the search button should work clicking on it’ option is set to ‘Search button displays ajax search results’ the search button sends me to the search result page (dekstop and mobile). I’m using Elementor Pro with the Astra theme. Impossible to fix this problem by myself. Even disabling other plugins doesn’t work. Also deleted your plugin without any result.

    On our other website with the same Ivory Search plugin and settings it works fine (SiteOrigin page builder). When you click on the search button (desktop or mobile) you will only see the Ajax search results and you will stay on the same page.

    I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

    Please make sure that you are using the latest version of the plugin on your website?

    Do you use the same theme on both of your websites?

    This can be a theme issue used on your site so to confirm it just temporarily use the Twenty Twenty One theme on your site. If everything works fine then it’s your site theme issue.
