can’t access wp-admin Dashboard

    i am using theme called gamezine , from web2feel.com website
    everything was ok !!
    i was trying to make changes in controlpanel.php theme file
    and i start like this one :

    also i can’t acces admin cp , with my theme , only if i change to default theme
