How to Remove “Thank You For Passing This Survey” Message

    Every survey ends with the same message, “Thank you for passing this survey” which can be confusing because I use surveys for eligibility screening and some people make it to the end of the survey without “passing”. I write my own custom message that appears below this automated one that goes into detail, but having a “thank you for passing” message right above a “you do not qualify” message is bound to cause some issues.

    Thank you for the topic.

    I am really sorry about the issue you are experiencing.

    We have checked our end and everything works fine for us.

    First of all, I would like to mention that the “Thank you for passing this Survey” text is being typed automatically when the Thank you message option ( Suvryes > particular survey > Results Settings) is empty.

    When you type your own text, the above-mentioned text is automatically being replaced by the one you have written there.

    By the way, we have checked your site and noticed that you are currently using a Cache plugin.
    Most presumably the issue comes from your cache plugin, which stores a strong cache.

    Please find and deactivate the Static HTML (PHP Cache) functionality. Then clear all the caches and check again.
