Where is my client’s payment method stored?

Why does not appear saved in the payment methods page, the paypal account that my client used to buy a subscription product with automatic renewal? where is it kept? What if he wants to remove this payment method from my store, why don’t you allow it with your plugin? where your account is saved, it is very suspicious that this is not showing.
