Best Directory Listing Plugin

I’m looking for a plugin that looks and supports the features used on the link shared – profiles that users can claim, the option for paid listing/profiles, and ability to segment by location and category topic. Many of what i’ve looked at so far are not attractive – does a beautiful plugin like this exist, or is this just custom code?
