    Hi @champsupertramp,
I partially resolved the issue; understanding what happened.
I could not access the Role B User Profile because the Login button link changed in the process and was loging in the Role B User as a Role A user so there was no profile to show.
What I am not able to resolve yet is how to configure the conditional menu so that when Role B user access Role B Landing page the Login button is the correct one.

    Hi @dkance

Does your site have a caching plugin or is there a server cache module enabled? If so, please try disabling it and see if the still occurs with the menu visibility.

    Regards,

Hello, I do have the exact same issue from last few days. All the conditional Menu buttons for logged in & logged out users are getting messy.

Kindly please share some help on this. Thanks.

    Hi @slash018

Have you tried re-saving the menu settings? Does the issue still occur after updating it?

    Regards,

    Hello, Thanks for your reply..

Yes, The menu setting have now been re-updated and still the issue is observed.

When user is already logged-in and clicks on ‘Home’ (Menu Setting: Everyone) all the Menu buttons set for logged -out users appears (ex: Register, Login, etc), and the button set for logged-in users are disappeared (ex: Profile Settings etc,)

Please help me on this. I’m unsure what could be the issue here..

    Hi @slash018

Are you using an administrator account to test the menu visibility? It will show all menu items to the administrator.

    Hi @slash018,
    I went to Caching/Purge all.
Then I set up the conditional menu again.
    It started working ok.
    Hope it helps.
