    I'm having a problem on the woocomerce order confirmation page.

    This is when a subscription product is purchased.

    As a plugin for managing subscriptions I use https://www.webtoffee.com/product/woocommerce-subscriptions/

    The error in question is:

    <em>Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined method HF_Subscription::get_sign_up_fee() in /homepages/15/d731633740/htdocs/clickandbuilds/mywebsite/wp-content/plugins/facebook-for-woocommerce/facebook-commerce-events-tracker.php:966 Stack trace: #0 /homepages/15/d731633740/htdocs/clickandbuilds/mywebsite/wp-content/plugins/facebook-for-woocommerce/facebook-commerce-events-tracker.php(934): WC_Facebookcommerce_EventsTracker->inject_subscribe_event(1184) #1 /homepages/15/d731633740/htdocs/clickandbuilds/mywebsite/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php(303): WC_Facebookcommerce_EventsTracker->inject_purchase_event(1184) #2 /homepages/15/d731633740/htdocs/clickandbuilds/mywebsite/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php(327): WP_Hook->apply_filters(NULL, Array) #3 /homepages/15/d731633740/htdocs/clickandbuilds/mywebsite/wp-includes/plugin.php(470): WP_Hook->do_action(Array) #4 /homepages/15/d731633740/htdocs/clickandbuilds/mywebsite/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/templates/checkout/thankyou.php(80): do_action('woocommerce_tha. in /homepages/15/d731633740/htdocs/clickandbuilds/mywebsite/wp-content/plugins/facebook-for-woocommerce/facebook-commerce-events-tracker.php on line 966</em>

    ---

    Facebook for woocommerce is updated to Version 2.6.5

    What does this error depend on and how to fix it?

    Thanks

    Hi there!

    I also replied to the ticket you sent to us, saying the following:

    I suspect there is an incompatibility between the Subscriptions plugin you are using, and the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin. The error references a method called HF_Subscription::get_sign_up_fee(), which originates directly from the subscription plugin.

    Please contact the Webtoffee developers directly and request their insight into what may be causing this problem. You are more than welcome to get back in touch with us if they provide information that helps us resolve the problem further.

    I will go ahead and set this thread to resolved – please feel free to follow up to the ticket you have with us if you have further questions!
