Images not being converted on upload

Hi Mateusz, you have a great plugin!

I’m running into an issue with the automatic webp conversion. The issue arises when you change the setting under Settings -> Media -> Uploading Files and then uncheck the box to organize the uploads into month/year based folders.

When doing this I no longer find the image conversion in wp-content/uploads-webpc/, there is nothing there.
