SEO Excerpt not showing automatic content

    Hello,
    I’ve recently installed RankMath and the %excerpt% tag doesn’t actually work, when I create a new post the excerpt the not being taken from the first paragraph automatically, it does work if I manually enter some text.

    Hello @odedta,

    Thank you for contacting the support and sorry for not following up quickly and any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    Please check the page source, that should show the correct value.

    In the Post lists, we do not show the variable text so users can easily edit the data using the Bulk Edit option.

    Hope that clears the confusion and helps.

    Hello,
    Here’s example post for a post with bad auto excerpt.

    The text that is taken for the desciption meta tag is this:

    1-Click Actions in Photoshop

    Instead, this one should be taken as it is the first paragraph:

    Photographer Anthony Morganti recently shared an interesting short video looking at some very simple 1 click actions that you can easily do in Photoshop that could really be big time savers or alternatively help those who are just starting with the software.

    Hello @odedta,

    On your site the description is showing this:
    The quick actions in Photoshop and I think you have has added this text in the excerpt field which will take priority over the auto-generated description.

    If that is the case, then you will have to manually add the description in the SEO description field.
