Editing Category List HTML Output

    Hey folks,

    I am trying to edit the HTML output that is produced by the category function in the sidebar.

    I want to add a span within the anchor tags of each list element.

    You can’t amend the output of wp_list_categories or the Categories widget. Why do you need to add span tags around the links?

    Oh that is frustrating, the reason is because I want to add fluid rounded corners to my theme that has the categories along the top.

    I guess I just have to accept it is not possible for fluid round corners hey.
