Just for the records: the issue I was highlighting was related/the same root cause as @mstudioil’s, what’s the point of creating a duplicate thread? I am still learning the rule of this forum, so forgive me for not knowing better.
well, that’s the point, you just can’t be certain the root cause to be the same, the symptom often are but the reasons can be mulitple.
Hence simpler to start a new thread.
After installing the CF7 Grid Layout plugin this URL stops working, it does not show the page anymore.
correct and this is intended. There is no need for an extra page, WP core provides admin notices for just this purpose. CF7 does not follow WP core functionality, primarily for historical reasons, but today it leads to such constructs.
The Smart grid-layout was primarily written to overcome the many shortcomings of the CF7 plugin such as this one. You can read more about it here. You will find an admin notice in the form table which shows the validation button …
