Hi, guys. After using Judge.me I can say that it shines in all aspects except one – JS size. Your JS file is too big. Here’s a screenshot from the Lighthouse report for my site – https://prnt.sc/1wyk5ur
You can see that judgeme_widget_v2.js is the biggest JS file and accounts for around 30% of my javascript. This is too much for a review plugin. And absolutely not needed for site frontend. It impacts Google PSI as they use a mid-tier mobile with a rather slow internet connection for their benchmarks.
So please pay attention to this, I believe you can refactor this to be a few times smaller. Ditching jQuery in favor of vanilla JS is also welcome.

To support my initial claim I would like to post here some results of the recent Google PSI audit of the product page saying that Judge.me is responsible for blocking the main thread by nearly 1 second, see screenshot for better understanding –

Please, exclude jQuery from your JS file. It is loaded by every WordPress site and its version is up to date now after WP finished migration to jQuery 3. If you worry about compatibility for rare sites using older WP, just load a proper jQuery version from CDN for them. And these sites are a minority.

Thank you for you reaching out to us!
I will make sure to forward your recommendation to the concerned team.
Please let us know if there is anything else we can help you with! thank you.
